As a first-time traveler, I was impressed by the staff's extra effort to wait for me at the airport, even when my flight was delayed. The check-in process was quick and the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to all the action but not noisy. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options.
Felt warmly welcomed, no reason to complain.

Buffet breakfast was decent. The staff were always there, ready to assist. Loved the convenience of the hotel's amenities and its location near the theaters. It felt like stepping into my own history book.
The 24-hour front desk made it hard for me to escape their helpfulness at any time of the day. So unfortunate!

This hotel is located down a quiet alley, yet very close to all the action and the lake. the rooms are spacious and clean, with well-laid-out bathrooms and all basic toiletries provided. the staff is very friendly and efficient, even waiting for their clients at the airport. the breakfast is good enough to get your day going, with many options to choose from.
The hotel lacks some signage to make it easier to find on the main road.

Easter couldn't have been better here! the rooms were cozy and the staff was just the friendliest! the central location allowed us to walk to all of our favorite spots easily. the breakfast buffet had a good variety and the pho was a definite win! the highlight, however, was the outstanding service provided by the staff. They really went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. We also loved the warm and welcoming ambiance of the hotel.
The soundproofing wasn't the greatest, we could hear sounds from the hallway. the cleaning staff was noisy and knocked on our door way too early in the morning, disturbing our sleep.

Great value for price! Convenient location in the hustle and bustle of the city, but still quiet. The staff were welcoming and friendly, even managing to upgrade my room for free. The breakfast was good and included in the price, making for an easy start to my day.
Early morning disturbances with loud cleaning staff. However, overall a minor irritation compared to the convenient location and excellent value for money.
